New Year's Celebration Cocktail
I made this cocktail to celebrate New Year 2014
Ingredients
Ice cubes
Flavoured fizzy water ( I used peach flavoured)
Juice of half a lime
A teaspoon of brown sugar
Fresh mint leaves

Method
1. Put a few ice cubes into cocktail shaker.
2. Add your fizzy flavoured water.
3. Cut a lime in half and squeeze half of the juice into the cocktail mixer.
4. Sprinkle in a teaspoon of brown sugar to give your cocktail some sweetness. You can add a little more if you like it very sweet!
5. Snip in some fresh mint leaves to add the final touch of taste.
6. Gently shake your cocktail to mix (don't shake too hard or the cocktail will fizz out!)
7. Pour into a fancy glass and decorate with a cocktail umbrella, a straw and anything else you like!
