Chicken Satay

Ingredients
Lime juice
Soy sauce
Chicken breast (cut into strips)
Garlic paste
Chilli paste
Fish sauce
You also need some wooden skewers and a plastic food bag.
Squeeze the juice out of one lime.
Add three or four table spoons of soy sauce.
And a teaspoon of fish sauce.
And then mix them all together.

Then squeeze some garlic paste and mix it in.
(Tip you can
use a lot of garlic paste if you like a lot and a little bit if you like a
little).
Finally squeeze a little bit chilli paste and mix it in.

Then put the chicken strips into the food bag pour
the marinade in the bag
and massage it into the chicken. Then put it into the fridge
for two or three hours.

Then ask a grown up to help you thread the chicken onto the
skewers.
Finally ask a grown to cook the satays on the grill for you.

These were so delicious, I couldn't stop eating them! Just thinking about them now makes me hungry!
